We're pleased to introduce the new Videnda.ie. After more than 10 years of successful trading, we've decided to completely overhaul our branding to reflect the wider scope of the business - voice and video across networks.
The new site has been designed to be as concise and user friendly as possible. It serves two purposes, firstly to generate interest from end users, and secondly to provide a useful portal for our customers – the channel resellers in Ireland and Northern Ireland.
Approved resellers will be able to view product information, datasheets, place orders online, view the latest promotions, and directly submit support queries and RMA requests. Given the nature of project pricing, it's always going to be necessary to discuss volume orders directly, but the website is suitable for ordering smaller quantities, and viewing the latest MRSP and trade pricing.
As part of our re-branding, we've adopted the tagline; "global technology, local support". This, we feel, encapsulates our unique selling point: "to work closely with the channel, enabling our resellers to sustainably grow their business by offering a portfolio of complementary products, services, and same-island support".
