    Shipping to reseller outside EU - Shipping terms are DAP (Delivered At Place), wherein the receiver assumes responsibility for any import duties, clearance & handling charges, taxes or tariffs which may be applicable. The courier will require an email address for the receiver, along with their EORI number. Videnda will attach a commercial invoice and send to you to check and approve prior to shipping. Export clearance will be handled by Videnda’s approved carriers. Import clearance and costs will be between receiver and that carrier. In order to accept a POA, there has to be a UK entity (a physical registered premises) in the UK, not just a UK registered VAT/EORI number

Returns

Prior authorisation is required before returning goods. An RMA number must be obtained and displayed on any packaging. Goods returned without such a returns number will be refused. Videnda Distribution Ltd reserves the right to charge a restocking fee if a return is received with incomplete packaging, missing parts, or damaged.

RMA Procedure

If a product is within the warranty period, an RMA number will be issued by the seller on notification of a fault. Goods may not be returned without such an RMA number displayed on the packaging. Goods returned without a valid RMA number will be refused or returned. An RMA number can be requested online. Click here.
