Videnda consultants have many years’ experience designing complex voice, video and collaboration solutions.

Our consultancy services are focussed around the best solutions and interop for a wide variety of Voice and Video solutions including Microsoft Teams, Zoom, Google Meet, Pexip and 8x8. 

A lot of deployments need advice on extending the life of existing voice and video solutions and moving to the latest software solutions. Previous work includes corporate, higher education, healthcare and government.

On the surveillance/CCTV side of the business, technical solutions are designed in partnership with AVA, FLIR and Vivotek 

Pre-staging of equipment

This had become a strong differentiator for us due to the requirement for reliable Windows or Android based voice and video solutions.

Our pre-staging service includes the upgrade of OS, drivers and clients to meet the end customer requirements and to minimise install time for our resellers.

Maintenance and Support

Videnda offers a range of maintenance and support options to ensure the highest level of support on all hardware and software solutions. Field situations can be simulated in our lab using onsite equipment and related peripherals.

Maintenance and Support packages available include:

  • On-site engineering support
  • Next day spare equipment service
  • Support link for logging calls

Installation & Training

Installation covers all aspects of hardware and software deployment within a particular project. Videnda will then provide training on how to ensure that use of the equipment is maximised. Both administration and user training are provided. Our engineers can demonstrate system operation and answer questions about the equipment and its functions. Group training classes provide detailed instruction on the equipment and system operation.


Hosted Video Conferencing / Video as a service (VaaS)

Videnda offer hosted Video Conferencing services via their channel resellers. These include Virtual Meeting Rooms in the cloud for the required number of sites as well as Gateway services. Costs are based on a monthly subscription fee with no upfront Capex costs. Interoperability details are as follows:
o Compatible with virtually any video conferencing endpoint – software or hardware.
o Hardware Endpoints – Logitech, Poly, Cisco etc.
o Software endpoints – S4B, Teams, Google Meet, Webex, Pexip etc.
