Mira Portal™ is the enterprise-grade cloud management service for Mira Connect systems. Mira Portal enables secure configuration, management, monitoring, and reporting for systems controlled by Mira Connect. Software updates to Mira Connect are delivered via Mira Portal.

12 months of the advanced features of Mira Portal Enterprise service are included with each Mira Connect. Mira Portal service offerings are renewable for continued access to the advanced features of Mira Portal. Mira Connect systems without the advanced features of a service offering continue to function as an intuitive user interface and control system for the room and for the equipment that is configured and managed through Mira Portal. The advanced features available with Mira Portal Essentials and Enterprise functionality require an active Mira Portal Essentials or Enterprise service license, respectively.
