Enables a firm or its designated development agent to utilize Vidyo contact center reference design to develop a contact center application. Vidyo's contact center reference design leverages Vidyo APIs and is based upon standard web technologies. Subject to terms and limitations set forth in the Vidyo API Developer License Agreement, and is considered Sample Code thereunder. Vidyo API License and API/Contact Center support packages are required but sold separately. Required level of support will be determined by Vidyo API support services team and sold separately.
