Includes software updates if and when available. Required level of support package will be determined by Vidyo API support services team. Access to the Vidyo Sandbox Development Environment ("Sandbox") is at customer's own risk and will be provided on an "as is" basis without warranty or guaranteed up time, and subject to frequent software version changes. Customer should be aware that the Sandbox is shared with other developers and confidentiality of information in the Sandbox cannot be assured.
