VidyoReplay Recording & Webcast Appliance / VidyoReplay Virtual Edition (VE)

License for a single VidyoReplay™ Virtual Edition (VE) instance for VMWARE® environments supporting up to 300 concurrent HD viewers, recording for up to 5 concurrent HD sessions or 10 concurrent SD sessions, and content management for recorded Vidyo™ conferences. Multiple VidyoReplay VE licenses may be purchased and clustered for expanded recording capacity. Separate license, LIC-AAC-SP, must be included with orders for Service Providers that intend to sell VidyoReplay™ services or bundle VidyoReplay™ services as part of a commercial offering. Licenses may be used on different servers at different times as long as they are associated with the same VidyoPortal™, but the total number of concurrent instances of VidyoReplay™ VE may not exceed the total number of VidyoReplay™ VE licenses purchased at any given point in time.  Server hardware, hypervisor and related virtualization software NOT included.

Professional Services / VidyoPanorama Installation Consultation Service

Up to 10 hours of Remote VidyoPanorama consultation service, to support customers with VidyoPanorama system installation. Including: Hardware racking and mounting, Cabling and Wiring, Recommended 3rd party A/V products and VidyoPanorama room design. Service will be delivered via scheduled sessions, or by using a dedicated email address for posting questions.

Onsite VidyoPanorama "White Glove" Installation package. Package includes labor only for: VidyoPanorama hardware installation, system commissioning,  end to end testing and basic user training. Work will be performed after site survey (SOLD SEPARATELY SVC-HDP-SITE SRVY-SVC) and after room infrastructure (power, network, AC, furniture assembly) is ready. Includes White Glove deployment services for a VidyoPanorama system with 2 screens. White Glove deployment service for additional screens may be purchased separately (SVC-HDP-WG-ADSCRN). Service does NOT include: Project management (sold separately (SVC-PJM-01), permits or union fees, or room infrastructure services (power, network, AC, furniture assembly).

VidyoLines Software Licenses (NOT FOR COMMERCIAL HOSTED/CSP BUSINESS) / VidyoOne Plus

Turn-key starter package for small on-premise enterprise VidyoConferencing deployments. Package includes 1x VidyoRouter VE 25 license, 1x VidyoPortal VE license, 1x VidyoGateway VE license, 10x VidyoLine licenses, 1000x Vidyo soft client licenses. Annual software maintenance based upon package list price is required but sold separately. Optional 10 VidyoLine expansion pack available but sold separately. Maximum of one expansion pack may be purchased per VidyoOne+ package. NOTE: VidyoOne+ system capacity is restricted to a maxium of 20 VidyoLines. The following software and configuration options are NOT available for VidyoOne+ customers: Multi-tenant, VidyoPortal redundancy, multiple VidyoRouters, multiple VidyoGateways. Customers requiring higher capacity or any of these enterprise features can purchase a fully scalable enterprise VidyoConferencing solution (sold separately)
