Professional Services / Project Management Service - Standard
Project Management service to ensure project delivery while managing effective communication between Vidyo and the customer. The assigned dedicated Project Manager will carry the responsibility for the following deliverables under this service: (1) Coordinating and managing a project kick off meeting between all project stakeholders (2) Single point of contact to ensure delivery of all HW and SW products as covered by the project purchase order (3) Driving schedule and resources for the deployment of Vidyo hardware and software products at the customer site (in case Vidyo deployment services included in the project purchase order) (4) scheduling and managing up to 5 project status meetings. (5) Managing transition into operation mode. Delivery of the Project Management service begins upon order receipt and ends at the transition into operation mode. Pricing is applicable in conjunction with project purchase order of €50,000 or less.
