External USB based IR receiver for VidyoRoom. Necessary if there's no line-of-sight between the Remote Control and the Unit (e.g. unit is placed in a closed credenza).

VidyoLines Software Licenses (NOT FOR COMMERCIAL HOSTED/CSP BUSINESS) / Executive Desktop License

A software license that enables the provisioning of a new user type called “Executive” on the VidyoPortal. Executive Desktop users do not require or consume a VidyoLine license when connecting to the VidyoRouter, ensuring that the user is never denied access to the system due to lack of software license capacity. Additionally, these Executive Desktop licenses enable 1440P and 60 fps decode performance on devices with sufficient processing power and video display capability. NOTE: Executive Desktop Licenses are available only for VidyoPortal 2.1 and later. Existing deployments with VidyoRouter annual port licenses must be converted to VidyoLine licenses before Executive User licenses may be added. (NOT FOR COMMERCIAL HOSTED/CSP BUSINESS)

Customer Engagement solutions / Annual Engagement License (per license for first 20-99 Licenses)

Annual customer engagement use license for a single concurrent connection to the VidyoRouter. License includes a single concurrent connection for an agent, supervisor, subject matter expert, customer, customer's consultant, recording device, or any other media connection to the VidyoRouter. Also included are the VidyoRouter VE, VidyoPortal VE and VidyoGateway VE infrastructure licenses in amounts determined by Vidyo (as set out in invoices issued by Vidyo) commensurate with capacity requirements of customer engagement system deployment (default configuration one VidyoRouter VE, two VidyoPortal VE, one VidyoGateway VE, Secure VidyoConferencing opton and VidyoPortal VE hot standby option) licenses provided in bundles of 5,000 on an as needed basis during the subscription period, in all cases to be used only with Annual Engagement licenses. Multiple licenses can be purchased to achieve desired deployment size. Partner Silver Support included on all included components. All infrastructure software must be deleted, and concurrent connection licenses will terminate, upon expiration of the Annual Engagment Licenses unless renewed. NOTE: This price point applies to the first 99 licenses of any size deployment, minimum 20. Two licenses are required for each concurrently connected agent/customer pair. Additional licenses are required per session for third party escalations, recording or other media connections.

Adoption services professional development package focused on training educators how to integrate and use VidyoConferencing for improved educational outcomes. The classes are delivered virtually so participants can join from remote locations and run time is 60 minutes for a maximum of 10 participants.

Adoption Services & Trainings / Adoption Services Jumpstart Standard

Adoption Services Jumpstart Standard Package includes consulting for the customer's use case, content customization, a customized email campaign and a training portal. 10-12 training sessions are delivered virtually using the customized content. The sessions are 60 minutes long for a maximum of 15 participants and can be recorded using VidyoReplay. Package also includes a survey to all participants and a summary report.
