Adoption Services Jumpstart for Customer Engagement Package includes consulting for the agent customer engagement environments and agent training content customization. 25-30 training sessions are delivered virtually using the customized content. The sessions are 60 minutes long for a maximum of 15 participants per session and can be recorded using VidyoReplay. Package also includes a training portal with registration and attendance tracking, multiple surveys to all participants, and a comprehensive report with measurement of program objectives, including recommended next steps. All Adoption Services content is licensed for up to 100 agents. Additional licenses for Adoption Services content in excess of 100 agents sold separately. The service componet of this package must be used within 12 months of purchase. The agent content licenses are perpetual on a per agent basis.
