VidyoH2O for Google+ Hangouts 5 port license with 1U, 19" rack mountable, appliance. The solution connects up to 5 concurrent HD legacy H.323 and SIP videoconferencing and voice only endpoints (not included) to Google+ Hangouts. Requires annual Gold software service plan based upon MSRP (sold separately). Optional server installation and initial configuration available but sold separately as on-site or remote professional services.

VidyoGateway H.323 & SIP Gateway Appliance & Virtual Appliance / VidyoGateway Virtual Edition - 5 concurrent HD connections

License for a single VidyoGateway Virtual Edition (VE) instance for VMware environments supporting up to 5 HD, 15 SD or 25 CIF concurrent connections of legacy H.323 and SIP videoconferencing endpoints to Vidyo conferences. Licenses may be used on different servers at different times as long as they are associated with the same VidyoPortal, but the total number of concurrent instances of VidyoGateway VE may not exceed the total number of VidyoGateway VE licenses purchased at any given point in time.  Server hardware, hypervisor and related virtualization software NOT included.

VidyoGateway H.323 & SIP Gateway Appliance & Virtual Appliance / VidyoGateway

VidyoGateway, 1U, 19" rack mountable, appliance to connect Vidyo endpoints with Legacy H.323 and SIP Videoconferencing endpoints. Supports up to 1 HD, 4 SD or 12 concurrent CIF connections. Supports up to 50 voice only connections. Includes mounting rails. NOTE: Connections through the VidyoGateway do NOT consume VidyoLine licenses for connectivity through the VidyoRouter.

Adoption Services & Trainings / VidyoConferencing Technical Training Virtual Environment

Up to 4 business days of remote VPN access to 8 completely virtualized VidyoConferencing platforms for the purpose of delivering Vidyo Technical Certification Training. A single VidyoConferencing platform includes 1 VidyoPortal, 2 VidyoRouters, 1 VidyoGateway, 1 VidyoReplay, a virtual network which allows the servers to communicate with each other, and VidyoPortal licenses for each VidyoPortal. Also includes a 2-hour training on how to utilize the VMware server environment for training purposes for VC-DSET (Vidyo Certified Deployment & Support Engineer Trainer) using this environment for the first time. NOTE: Available only to organizations with one or more employees who have completed VC-DSET certification with Vidyo. Vidyo does not provide a physical location for hosting the associated training sessions.

Partner VidyoWorks Developper solutions (APIs) / Vidyo Use License for Contact Center Reference Design

Enables a firm or its designated development agent to utilize Vidyo contact center reference design to develop a contact center application. Vidyo's contact center reference design leverages Vidyo APIs and is based upon standard web technologies. Subject to terms and limitations set forth in the Vidyo API Developer License Agreement, and is considered Sample Code thereunder. Vidyo API License and API/Contact Center support packages are required but sold separately. Required level of support will be determined by Vidyo API support services team and sold separately.

Adoption Services & Trainings / Vidyo technical Certification Training Course (One seat)

One additional seat at the VidyoConferencing Technical Certification Training course hosted at Vidyo facilities.  Training covers technical aspects of Vidyo conferencing products to allow students that graduate from this training to serve as Tier 1 and Tier 2 support and/or Vidyo solution engineer within Vidyo partners. Registration for this training is done online at the Vidyo web site.
